Lecture on the Shackleton sisters at the RIA

“The Shackleton sisters: Irish Quaker women c. 1750-1850” is the topic of an upcoming lecture at the Royal Irish Academy. This is part of the “Sisters” series focusing on the achievements of families of sisters who have made their mark on Irish life. The lecture will take place on Wednesday, April 17th from 1-2pm at Academy House, 19 Dawson St, Dublin 2 – no booking required.
