Quaker Simplicity Weekend, September 26th-28th, Portarlington

Quakers have long advocated “living simply” and this has been manifest in a variety of ways through the centuries. So what does it mean to live simply? We will explore the true meaning of simplicity and the challenge of living simply in today’s busy, technological world.

The weekend will start with an evening meal on Friday at 18.00 and end after lunch on Sunday at 14.30. Click here for more information about Mount St Anne’s, Portarlington.

The cost is €100/£80 per person including meals and accommodation. We encourage those who would like to come but who might find it difficult to pay for the weekend/travel costs to be in touch with Elders/Overseers or PM Clerk to explore possible sources of financial assistance. You can book online or download the booking form here.
